ciao baks per favore puoi informarti sui documenti che mancano per lo sblocco del mio account.

Ciao baks ho mandato il certificato di residenza e tutti i documenti di riconoscimento come richiesto visto che nn ho ne RCauto e assicurazione sulla casa o bollette del telefono o luce, speravo fosse tutto risolto ma ora mi è arrivata l'ennesima email(in inglese) dove chiedono ancora una verifica dell'indirizzo e una foto io non sò più che fare e quasi un mese che il mio account è bloccato ma che devo fare?per favore dammi una mano sono preoccupato per i soldi che ho vinto.Ciao e scusa per il disturbo.
